A primary reason for the delay in the announcement is Swift’s intention to avoid overshadowing Kelce‘s upcoming Super Bowl performance as he plays for the Kansas City Chiefs this weekend.
Insiders told RadarOnline that Swift has been preparing her home and signaling her interest in starting a family.
One insider remarked: “Taylor has been showing signs of wanting to become a mom, and her friends are buzzing with excitement about the possibility of a baby.”
Furthermore, it has been mentioned that Swift was inspired by her friend Abigail Anderson, who had a baby last year, leading her to realize she is ready to embrace motherhood.
“After seeing her best friend Abigail step into motherhood last year, Taylor felt it was time to start her own family journey, so she and Travis have been trying for some time,” the source added.
Is a baby on board?
Kelce is also reportedly anxious to embrace fatherhood. With his brother Jason Kelce expecting a fourth child, Travis hinted to his mother Donna Kelce about potentially welcoming two new grandchildren this year.
“Travis has already mentioned to his mom the possibility of getting two grandbabies soon – what a way to grow the family!” the insider said.
“Taylor has been busy getting her home ready since the beginning of the year. She’s enlisted her favorite designer, Roxy Bijan, to help create nursery plans and convert the third floor into a dedicated baby wing. How sweet is that?”
