Manifesting The Desire. – My Story

Now, hear me out, this story is going to be a little different from all others. First let me tell you, all of this started with my girlfriend going on silent mode. She did that because she didn’t want to hurt her dad by asking him to let her marry a guy from another caste who was also a year younger than her. Castism is kind of a big thing for parents in India. Now, I told her that just going silent won’t work. I said I would work hard, switch my job to a high paying one, buy a house, and then meet her dad to officially ask him if I could marry her. But still, she thought that giving me a silent treatment would work. So she did that. I don’t believe in nudging people every now and then, so I thought of focusing on keeping my word.

Now the problem was, I just had one year of experience and the IT market was kind of down. People around me kept saying that finding a two digit package, which would be a 200% hike for me, would be impossible. I don’t know why but I have always been very confident about myself when it comes to communication and skills.

At the same time, around the end of April, I came across that video explaining how thoughts are affecting your reality using quantum physics. I was amazed. I remembered that I had read the same thing in The Secret a few years ago. So I thought, let me do more research and give it a try. I meditated and did visualizations every single day. I regulated my thoughts and feelings and also prepared and applied for job interviews rigorously. I must have applied for 500 jobs in that month. I didn’t give a damn if it was relevant or not. I kept working. And to be honest, I never worried about it. I just knew that I would have it.

Then, magic happened! So basically I used to visualize myself married to her. That was/is my end goal. However, financial freedom was necessary for that to happen. Within the next 15 days, the mortgage loan that my dad needed and that I had on my head of 11L Rs got cleared. The money was unexpected. Following that, the next week, I got a call for an interview from a company I’d never heard of. Long story short, I got placed in a good product based company with a two digit package and joined within a month. What is surprising is that I had a feeling in my heart that my office should be in the direction of her office, so that after we are married, I could drop her off at her work on my way to the office. That happened! It is only a 1 km deviation from my office route. Also, my previous company had a loophole that I accidentally took advantage of and because of that, I didn’t have to pay a 1L compensation for leaving the company on prohibition. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

These are just the big things that have happened. There have been a lot of small things and signs. A lot of them. One repetitive sign was sunlight. So it is the rainy season going on here in India so sunlight is rare. Every time I felt confused or wanted to know if I was on the right track, I asked the Universe to give me bright sunlight for like 5 minutes within the next 5 minutes. And that has happened almost every time.

Now, the end goal is not yet fulfilled, she isn’t back yet. But I am very sure she will be. In fact, I am writing this story as proof for my future self that I manifested it. Maybe there are some more things that the Universe wants me to learn and work on before that happens. So I keep saying to the Universe to show me the way and I will walk it. I will do my inner work so that I can BE the person who can have her.
