Apostle Johnson Suleman, leader of Omega Fire Ministries, has cautioned his followers against marrying individuals from other churches.
He articulated the benefits of his male members selecting brides from within the church during a recent sermon.
Suleman stated that if any member decides to marry outside the ministry, he would refrain from attending their wedding.
In a widely shared clip on social media, he remarked, “If you marry someone outside our church, I will not be present because there are plenty of eligible women within our community.”
He further explained, “The marriage ceremony may proceed, but my absence will be noted. In the past two months, 70% of the issues I’ve addressed relate to couples who married outside our congregation.”
