Afam Ogene, the representative for Ogbaru Federal Constituency in Anambra State’s House of Representatives, has appointed 70 constituency aides in Ogbaru. This decision reflects his dedication to providing excellent service to his constituents. The newly appointed aides consist of various roles such as advisers, special assistants, and executive assistants.
The appointment letters, issued by Ogene’s Chief of Staff, Chinedum Uwolloh, specify the duties of the aides, emphasizing their role in assisting the office in delivering top-notch service to the people of Ogbaru Federal Constituency. The appointments were made based on the experience and dedication of the appointees to Ogene’s success as the constituency’s Representative.
The aides will receive monthly allowances to motivate them and support their financial well-being, enabling them to carry out their responsibilities effectively without financial constraints. These allowances aim to supplement their income and enhance their ability to provide exceptional service to the constituents.
In a covenant made with his constituents and Nigeria, Ogene pledged to be a sensitive, responsible, and responsive Representative, prioritizing peace and socio-economic development in Ogbaru Federal Constituency. Upholding principles of servant leadership, he committed to promoting integrity, accountability, and ethical governance in public office.
Some of the notable appointees include Special Advisers David Chukwuekezie and Ben Nwasike, Head of Media Relations Emmanuel Akpati, Special Assistant Maxwell Nwebo, Personal Assistant Frank Oduah, Special Assistant Tina Nwafor, and Executive Assistant Amechi Ede, each assigned specific responsibilities to enhance service delivery.
