Delta State Police Command spokesperson, DSP Bright Edafe, has disclosed that the arrested suspects are among kidnappers and robbers terrorizing Warri, Ughelli and its environs. The suspects are among those responsible for kidnapping and robbing innocent citizens, and have been eliminated. Five others have been arrested, and a Jack Knife has been recovered.
