A man has been summoned by the Khadi, Abdul Abdullahi Waya, on two occasions but failed to appear, even threatening the court messenger with a firearm.
An Upper Shari’a Court located in Shahuci has instructed the Commissioner of Police in Kano State to arrest Magaji Mai Hula after he neglected to comply with a court ruling.
This ruling mandated Mai Hula to ensure his child’s nourishment following a court case initiated by his ex-wife.
Despite the court’s directive, he failed to follow through and did not contest the decision legally.
Moreover, Khadi Abdul Abdullahi Waya issued two summons for him to appear, both of which he ignored, resorting instead to threats against the court messenger.
