Dbanj Puts Personal Aspirations on Hold to Support Funke Akindele Free of Charge – Must-Watch Video!

Funke shared that the artist was meant to travel for another work commitment, but she persuaded him to attend her event, and he obliged.

Renowned Nigerian actress and director, Funke Akindele, has shown appreciation to singer Dbanj for his unwavering support towards her and the Jenifa brand.

During the premiere of her highly anticipated film, Everybody Loves Jenifa, which took place on Sunday night, she recounted how Dbanj set aside his personal commitments to back her.

Funke disclosed that Dbanj had plans to travel for another project. However, she implored him to be present for her premiere, to which he agreed. She emphasized that he sacrificed his plans without any expectation of payment.

“I really appreciate Bangalee; he was scheduled to go on a trip for a project. I kept asking him, and he finally asked his team to halt the project to be here for me at no charge,” she said.
