He reiterated that no inch of Abia State would be given out to criminals, assuring that infrastructural development will get to all areas of the state.
Otti said that the new LGA chairmen, known in Abia as Mayors, would be given free hand to manage the administration of their local governments and advised them to work as servant leaders.
He reminded them them of the need to align their programs to be in tandem with the philosophy of the Labour Party (LP)- led administration in Abia.
On the complains made against some of the LGA bosses by some critics , Otti said his administration has taken note, even as he said that the right choice was made in picking those to be in charge of the councils.
He further commended the House of Assembly for not delaying in screening the LGA chairmen.
