Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the spokesperson for the Nigerian Police Force, has addressed a widely circulated video depicting a confrontation between a passenger and a client.
The incident occurred when the client objected to the passenger’s luggage being placed on the car seat, insisting it be stored in the boot. This disagreement escalated, with bystanders describing the passenger’s response as aggressive and arrogant.
In light of the event, Adejobi took to the X platform, stating, “The victim should pursue his claim. No one is above the law. He should visit the closest police station, contact me directly, or message @PoliceNG_CRU. We are committed to justice. It’s unacceptable to treat someone this way.”
The spokesperson highlighted the need to uphold human dignity, encouraging the victim to file a report for a comprehensive investigation.

The victim should follow up his case. No one is above the law. Let him report at the nearest police station and call my line or drop a msg for me, or reach out to @PoliceNG_CRU. We stand for justice. I don’t think it’s proper to treat a human being like this. Thanks. https://t.co/uZPVqS1Be6
