Akin Alabi Backs X User’s Critique of Rental Property Investment
Akin Alabi, the representative for Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, has expressed agreement with an X user who criticized the profitability of renting out properties.
The user shared his experience of owning rental properties in Lagos, which he eventually sold after struggling to earn a return on his investment.
He added that at one point, he had to allow tenants to live rent-free in his properties, all of which are located in Lagos.
