Ex-Girlfriend’s Shock as Diamond Platnumz Weds Zuchu

In response to the recent wedding capturing attention on social media, Zari Hasan, the former partner of renowned singer Diamond Platnumz, expressed her admiration for Zuchu’s resilience. Zari, who parted ways with Platnumz due to his infidelity, praised Zuchu for her ability to handle the singer’s past behavior.

Zari Hasan, a well-known socialite from Uganda and ex-partner of Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz, recently shared her thoughts on his new marriage.

Diamond married Zuchu, a fellow artist under his record label, on June 1, 2025, in a private ceremony.

Commenting on the viral wedding footage, Zari, who left Platnumz due to his unfaithfulness, acknowledged Zuchu’s strength in managing his past behavior.

In an interview with AyoTV, she remarked, “Zuchu deserves the girlfriend of the year title. She’s incredibly strong. We found it difficult. I sincerely hope that Platnumz treats her better, especially since she’s now his wife.”

“We hope for change on his part; that would be really wonderful. He’s previously caused a lot of trouble.”

It’s worth noting that Zari ended her relationship with Platnumz because of claims of cheating.
