Adolphus Wabara, who serves as the chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has been suspended.
The suspension was enacted by Wabara’s local ward in Abia State due to accusations of activities contrary to the party’s interests.
Reports confirm that this suspension was endorsed by the State Working Committee (SWC) of the PDP during a meeting chaired by Abraham Amah.
Amah confirmed to the media the occurrence of Wabara’s suspension and mentioned that further details would be disclosed at a later time.
“Yes, it is accurate; he has been suspended,” Amah declared.
This event signifies a new chapter in the ongoing issues facing the PDP, Nigeria’s principal opposition party.
