Police Arrest Alleged Burglar Recover N577000 Worth Of Stolen Goods
The arrest of the alleged burglar, Idris Salawu, occurred on Thursday, June 27, at a hideout where stolen goods valued at N577,000 were recovered.

The Ogun State Police Command detained Idris Salawu, suspected of burglary, and reclaimed stolen belongings amounting to N577,000.

Salawu is believed to have robbed a residence in the Liberty Area of Ogijo, situated in the Sagamu Area of the state.

The theft incident occurred on Wednesday, June 26, with the suspect’s capture taking place the following day at a hideout where the pilfered possessions were found.

Among the items taken from the residence were a generator, a gas cylinder, a rechargeable fan, an Orl fan, a blender, a Storex tank, two packs of plates, and women’s jewelry.

Although Salawu is in custody, his partners in crime are currently evading capture, and authorities are actively pursuing their apprehension.
