Latest FIFA Men’s Ranking Released
FIFA has unveiled its newest ranking for men’s football teams.
This updated ranking was published on FIFA’s official website on Thursday.
The Nigerian Super Eagles successfully held on to their 44th rank globally.
Under the guidance of Augustine Eguavoen, the team stands fifth in Africa.
They are positioned behind Morocco, Senegal, Egypt, and Algeria.
In the previous ranking from November, the Eagles had lost eight places to land in 44th.
Argentina, the current world champions, continue to lead the rankings.
France occupies the second spot, followed by Spain at third, England at fourth, and Brazil in fifth.
