A well-known actor and advocate, Adams Kehinde, professionally known as Lege Miami, has advised the citizens of Nigeria to hold off from protesting against the economic challenges in the country.
Lege Miami, in a video message, urged the youth in Lagos not to engage in the planned protests slated for August 1st.
He appealed to them to grant President Bola Ahmed Tinubu more time to tackle the issues facing the nation, particularly the high cost of living and food prices.
Expressing concerns, Lege Miami warned of potential individuals who might exploit the protests to instigate chaos and disrupt the government.
He further praised the efforts of the Lagos Governor and stressed that protests are unnecessary in the state.
Instead of protesting, he encouraged the youth to show support for the President and pray for a brighter future for Nigeria.
