Princess and her boyfriend, Prince, plotted a false abduction to trick the girl’s parents into paying a ransom of 2 million Naira.
According to Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe, the incident took place on December 30, 2024, when Princess strategized the plan during a visit to Prince’s residence. She instructed him to contact her parents, claiming she had been kidnapped and demanding a ransom of ₦2,000,000.
In a tweet about the situation, SP Edafe shared, “The girl told her boyfriend to inform her parents that she was kidnapped.”
