Tyson Fury, the renowned heavyweight fighter from Britain, has shared his thoughts following Anthony Joshua’s recent loss to Daniel Dubois during a heavyweight clash.

Fury remarked that he could have easily found himself in a similar predicament after Joshua’s surprising defeat to Dubois at Wembley Stadium.

In the match, Dubois took down Joshua in just five rounds.

Joshua had been favored to win, defending his IBF heavyweight title against Dubois.

As a result of this loss, the 34-year-old boxer is now facing significant pressure to consider retirement.

After the bout, Fury, who was present at ringside, commented, “Dan did an excellent job, and full credit to him.

“Everyone had underestimated him. Coming in, he was the world champion but treated like an underdog, and he proved his worth — that’s fantastic for him, well done.”

“In heavyweight boxing, anything can happen; a single punch can change the outcome, and it could have been me experiencing that as well,” he continued.

Fury also stated, “What went wrong for Joshua is a common issue in heavyweight fights, getting caught with a solid right on the chin, and that was game over.”
