In a tragic incident, Folorunsho Lukman, a corporal in the Nigerian Army, was fatally attacked by unknown gunmen suspected to be terrorists. The attack took place while Lukman was on his farm in Kampani Zurak village in Bashar chiefdom, Plateau state.
It was reported that before the attack, Corporal Lukman had received permission from his commander to leave the camp for personal errands but instead brought two civilians to his farm, where the assault occurred. Following the attack, the assailants seized Lukman’s weapon.
