The Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) issued a stern caution to corps members about posting camp events on social media during a visit to the NYSC Orientation Camp in Ede, Osun.

Brigadier General Yushau Ahmed emphasized the violation of the scheme’s rules and policies by sharing camp activities on social media. He urged corps members to exhibit good character and discipline, emphasizing the importance of remaining focused and taking advantage of the skills acquisition program offered in the camp.

Ahmed highlighted the purpose of the skills acquisition program, aiming to promote self-reliance rather than dependency on conventional employment. He mentioned the collaboration with stakeholders to provide grants, urging corps members to embrace this opportunity seriously.
