Zimbabwe President Robert Gabriel Mugabe, 93 began his Nationwide tour for reelection for the 9th time in office because he was a prime minister for 7 years before be became a president for 7 times in a row and if he wins again surely he will win, in additional to been a prime minister, it will be its 9th time at the helm of affairs in Zimbabwe.

Mugabe has been the leader of Zimbabwe since 1980; he previously led Zimbabwe as Prime Minister from 1980 to 1987. He chaired the Zimbabwe African National Union (ZANU) group from 1975 to 1980 and has led its successor political party, the ZANU-Patriotic Front (ZANU–PF), since 1980. Ideologically an African Nationalist, during the 1970s and 1980s he identified as a Marxist-Leninist although after the 1990s self-identified only as a socialist; his policies have been described as Mugabeism.

Mugabwe would honorably leave office and retire to rest as he has ruled Zimbabwe all his life and the people have been asking for a change, with his health as a primary concern, as he has been found sleeping in functions and almost falling in a picture that went viral last year. But however,  some claim at his age, he knows little or nothing happening around him anymore and his wife and some group of people has hijacked his presidencies for their own personal interest and pressuring the man to run again in 2018 election. Surely, is obvious at this age the man will die in office before Zimbabweans can be free of his yoke.

The President’s Wife, Grace Mugabwe has many times in functions or press conference argued and claimed that her husband President Mugabwe even at 93, is irreplaceable in next years election, She went on stating that even at his death, his name would not be replaced, he will still win next years election and people will still vote for him. Is not surprising if people argue that the women not the husband is now in charge of state of affairs in Zimbabwe.
