As Page Six previously reported, Barker shared on Sept. 23 that he had tested positive for COVID-19, not revealing at the time that he was suffering from other ailments.
However, Barker’s diagnosis also came the same weekend that he and wife Kourtney Kardashian held their luxe baby shower.

Barker was seen attending the Disney-themed fête wearing a face mask and skeleton attire, but the expectant mother shared snaps of the two packing on PDA during the bash, which raised eyebrows.
Commenting on the joyous Instagram post, one fan claimed that the “Kardashian” star, 44, had “no regard for the baby” after sharing a photo of the two kissing.
“Wait. Doesn’t he have COVID? And they’re all kissy kissy??,” another user commented.
Other fans took to Twitter to chastise the family’s decision to throw the party despite Barker’s positive test results.
“Kourtney and Travis still had a baby shower knowing Travis currently had COVID!?!? Girl whaaat???” one fan wrote via Twitter.
Earlier this month, Barker flew home ahead of the European leg of his tour to be by Kardashian’s side as she underwent an “urgent fetal surgery” to save the life of their unborn son.
“I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this,” the Poosh founder wrote via Instagram at the time.
“As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery,” she added, writing that she has a new “respect” and “understanding” for mothers who have had to “fight for their babies while pregnant.”
