In 2023, Persona Studios was established, focusing on AI technology to assist businesses with automating operations, client interactions, and recruitment. The startup is located in Vung Tau City.
Kevin Davis, co-founder and CEO of Personata Studios, explained that he selected Vietnam due to its exceptional tech workforce and thriving startup environment. He believes that Vietnam’s investment landscape, with its reasonable costs, will facilitate the rapid growth of the startup.

Meanwhile, Homebase, founded in 2019, offers solutions for individuals facing financial obstacles when buying real estate.
After Antler’s initial investment, Homebase secured funding from Y Combinator, a prominent US fund that has backed companies like Airbnb, Coinbase, and Dropbox.
Homebase became the first Vietnamese company with a headquarters to receive funding from Y Combinator. Shortly after, it raised another $30 million from investors worldwide.
