Zlatan Ibrahimovic Responds to Cristiano Ronaldo’s Comments

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the sporting director of AC Milan, has made it clear that he won’t engage with Cristiano Ronaldo’s recent remarks about Ligue 1 and the Saudi Pro League.

Ronaldo, who has had a career spanning Portugal, England, Spain, Italy, and Saudi Arabia, expressed his views during the Globe Soccer Awards.

The acclaimed five-time Ballon d’Or winner stated, “The Saudi Pro League is better than Ligue 1, of course.”

He further criticized the French league, claiming, “In France, they only have PSG, everyone else is finished. Nobody can beat them because they have the most money and the best players.”

Ibrahimovic, known for his impressive tenure at PSG, where he netted 156 goals, responded by saying, “There is nothing to answer – you can’t debate something when there is no evidence for one side.”

He added that PSG is a respected club in a competitive league, asserting that only Spain and England can rightfully consider themselves superior in terms of league quality.

In closing, Ibrahimovic stated, “I can’t even reply to a suggestion that the Saudi League is superior – I won’t even waste my time.”
