A Nigerian man named Edward Chinonso, who currently resides in the UK, recently expressed his frustration on TikTok after receiving a warning from the UK government regarding a potential £80 fine if he does not register to vote.
In his TikTok video, Edward shared that he received a notification from the electoral office urging him to either register to vote or face penalties.
He questioned whether voting was mandatory in the UK.
