A viral video captured a woman confronting a cab driver who neglected to switch on the air conditioner despite her N7200 payment.
She mentioned spending N35,000 on frontal installation and was concerned about it melting in the hot car.
The video showed the woman expressing frustration with the unprofessional conduct of the driver, sparking an argument between them.
The driver cited a flooded area as the reason for not using the car’s AC and assured he would enable it once they got on the highway.
Despite her initial understanding, the driver still refused to activate the AC on the highway, escalating the disagreement.
The woman, charged N7,200 by the popular car-hailing service, adamantly refused payment due to the unsatisfactory trip, claiming her right to a comfortable, air-conditioned ride.
