Businessman Tragically Killed After Ransom Payment
Sunny Taxman, a businessman from Alor Agu in Enugu State, has reportedly lost his life at the hands of kidnappers, despite a ransom of N10 million being paid for his release. He was residing in Onitsha, Anambra State at the time of the incident.
The circumstances surrounding the event remain unclear as further details unfold.
“They kidnapped him, demanded a ransom. Ten million Naira was paid… Yet they took his life. Rest in peace, Sunny Taxman,” expressed Sen Chijinkem Ugwuanyi, a media figure from Enugu, in a Facebook statement on September 9.
