Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, addressed his ongoing feud with social media critic Martins Otse, also known as Verydarkman.
His comments were made in light of VDM’s recent arrest by the EFCC.
In the detailed video, Bobrisky revealed that while he initially found VDM’s arrest amusing, he decided to remove his reaction video out of kindness. “I had to delete it because my true nature is kind,” he mentioned. “Even though he was arrested, it didn’t bring me joy. I just laughed because of what we’ve been through.”
He reminded viewers that VDM had previously ridiculed him during his own legal challenges in 2023. “He was happy and laughing at my troubles, but he seems to have forgotten that life has a way of returning what you give out,” Bobrisky expressed.
Additionally, the social media figure criticized those calling for VDM’s release simply because of his activism. “People saying ‘Free VeryDarkMan’—were you there when he was causing pain to others? Justice matters, and it’s not fair to ignore that,” he stated. “Many are just seeking attention, not justice.”
Despite their past disagreements, Bobrisky insisted he harbors no ill will. “I’ve never interacted with him. I don’t follow him or wish him harm. Yet, I stand firm that my brand won’t be dragged through the mud in silence,” he concluded.
