Everyone loves Asa or at least 90% of people do. Her music is usually described with these glowing adjectives: soothing, blissful, peaceful, beautiful, calm, conscious, assuring, etc. how many Nigerian musicians can their music be described in such glowing ways?

Asa did not become the successful musician she is today without setbacks. On the contrary, she has had issues but it is how she rose above them that have made her Nigeria/Africa’s sweetheart.

Another mainstay of Asa’s career has been her close relationship with her manager Janet Nwose and her producer Cobhams Asuquo.
