Famous Nigerian comedian, Mr. Jollof, has raised concerns about the frequent flight delays experienced with Air Peace Airlines.
He expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of responsibility shown by the airline towards compensating customers for their losses.
Suggesting that the airline should reconsider their operations and possibly pivot to a point of sales business model if they are unable to provide efficient services.
Furthermore, Mr. Jollof called upon Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, to intervene and address the mistreatment of customers by airlines.
Mr. Jollof recounted a recent personal experience where a flight scheduled for 3 PM to Abuja was delayed until 9:30 PM, despite him having flown with Air Peace more than 50 times in the year.
He also questioned the airline’s capacity to handle their operational challenges and meet the demands effectively.
