Job Title: Female Content Writer/Editor (NYSC)
Location: Festac Town, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Overview:
- Work with the editorial team to identify relevant content and subjects.
- Research, compose, and edit high-quality news and articles for online audiences.
- Conduct interviews with specialists and analyze a diverse range of documents.
- Assist teammates in drafting and refreshing content.
- Ensure a streamlined process for news gathering, verification, and accuracy.
- Create content that consistently meets reader expectations.
- Enhance content using SEO best practices.
- Present assignments to editors for feedback and approval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in writing or editing news and digital content is a plus.
- A keen interest in news and a solid grasp of Media Laws.
- Outstanding research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with SEO writing and content marketing strategies is favorable.
- Strong writing capabilities with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to propose innovative and engaging story ideas and headlines consistently.
- Capability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Establish excellent working relationships with peers and foster a positive team environment.
- Applicants must be female corps members stationed in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos, and reside in Festac Town or nearby areas.
