When a Pastor’s Faithfulness is Questioned: The Troubling Truth Behind Allegations

On February 9, she accused her husband of assaulting and violating her after she confronted him about his alleged affair.

A Nigerian woman named Nweke Modesta Chioma has publicly addressed her husband, Timothy Nweke, and his supposed paramour on Facebook.
 
In her post, she detailed that her husband physically attacked and assaulted her after she questioned him about bringing his alleged mistress into their shared home.
 
“Timothy Nweke, may God punish you for beating me in the name of marriage… You abuse me daily and have thrown me out of our home multiple times… Let God be my judge,” she stated.

“You claim to be a pastor yet frequently entertain church women in our bedroom, and when I confront you about it, you resort to violence and assault me afterwards.”
 
She also posted a picture of the woman she accused of having an affair with her husband, urging her to keep away from him.
 
“This is the woman who has declared that I will not have peace in my marriage, my husband’s mistress… Please stay away from my husband. I will no longer conceal anything. I will expose you to the world. You claim to be an evangelist while sleeping with my husband… The Christ Holy Church should see the evangelist who is snatching husbands,” she added.
