BUZZ: Sandra Bullock ‘heartbroken, upset’ by fallout over Michael Oher’s lawsuit: report

claimed in court documents that his parents, Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy, never actually adopted him.

For their part, the Tuohy family has called Oher’s filing “hurtful.”

Bullock, who played Leigh Anne in the film for which she received an Oscar, is now said to be “heartbroken” over the shocking revelations.

“There was so much hard work put into the film that they all though was the truth and now that has been questioned, it just upsets Sandra to no end that a time in her life was so special, is now shadowed with a completely different perspective,” a source told the Daily Mail.

The insider added that the actress, who recently lost her longtime partner Bryan Randall following a secret battle with ALS, “hates that such a wonderful story, a spectacular movie, and a spectacular time in her life now has been tainted.”

“Now people won’t watch it and if they do, they will have a completely different reaction to its original intention,” the source added.

Bullock is reportedly “putting up a strong face and a strong front” as the fallout continues to plague what she thought was the truth.

“It has been a rough patch for her emotionally with the loss of Bryan, and now she is heartbroken in a different way with all the fallout from the Michael Oher news,” the insider added.

“She is figuring out how to move forward from it all, it is just going to take a little bit, but emotions are very high right now for Sandra and she is looking forward to better days ahead.”

Page Six has reached out to Bullock’s reps for comment.

Bullock’s world was turned upside down earlier this month after Randall died following a three-year battle with ALS at age 57, Page Six confirmed.

“It is with great sadness that we share that on Aug. 5, Bryan Randall passed away peacefully after a three-year battle with ALS,” his family said in a statement.

“Bryan chose early to keep his journey with ALS private and those of us who cared for him did our best to honor his request,” the statement went on.

“We are immensely grateful to the tireless doctors who navigated the landscape of this illness with us and to the astounding nurses who became our roommates, often sacrificing their own families to be with ours.”

The pair first met in 2015 when he was hired to photograph her adopted son Louis‘ birthday.

Their romance developed quickly and the pair began dating just months later and even attended her friend Jennifer Aniston’s wedding to Justin Theroux together that August.

Along with Louis, Bullock also adopted her daughter, Laila, in December 2015.

Randall was a dad to his adult daughter Skylar from a previous relationship.
