Kellyrae’s Plea: Not Wealthy Yet

Big Brother Naija Season 9 champion Kellyrae has publicly requested that Nigerians refrain from asking him for financial help.

He clarified that he does not consider himself rich.

In a recent interview with media figure Hero Daniels, Kellyrae expressed that since announcing he gifted his wife Kassia N55 million from his winnings, he has been inundated with requests for money.

He urged those seeking financial support to allow him some time to stabilize.

“After mentioning I gave Kassia N55 million, I started getting calls from friends asking for their share of my winnings,” he stated.

“I want everyone to know I’m not wealthy yet. While the amount is significant, the cost of living is high. Even buying eggs can be a challenge. Please let me catch my breath.”

It’s worth noting that Kellyrae won N60 million in cash along with a car valued at N40 million upon his victory in the ninth season of Big Brother Naija.
