Kaduna Woman Nabbed in Employment Fraud Scheme by EFCC

A woman was taken into custody due to reliable information connecting her to a scam that exploited job seekers by promising them employment in the Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Army, and EFCC.

Halima Yakubu Ngulde, a woman from Kaduna, was apprehended by the Kaduna Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for her suspected role in a fraudulent job placement scheme.

The arrest occurred in Unguwan Kanawa, Kaduna State, based on reliable intelligence that indicated she was collecting money from individuals seeking jobs under false assurances of securing positions in the Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Army, and EFCC.

During her arrest, authorities found various fraudulent materials, including a counterfeit EFCC letterhead and several resumes from job seekers.

She is expected to face legal proceedings once the investigation wraps up.
